Redmond Court Apartments

The complex is well isolated from street and has a good environment. Elise from the leasing office is always friendly and promptly helping with all my questions. I would definitely give 5 stars to the leasing office and maintenance team. I would highly recommend this apt. However you will need luck to have a normal neighborhood. I’m at the top floor of a building. A baby lives at downstairs and yells every single day including at 10pm, 2am, 4am, etc which I can hear clearly in my two bedrooms. Sometime their parents yells together. I have to wear ear plugs every single night since I moved in. They cook curry every single meal, and most of time it has stink smells coming into my kitchen and living room window. Especially in summer time when the window is always open. Sometimes smells come at 9:00pm. I’m writing this review at 4:00pm and bold stink smells is coming into my living window. I have to run after my lease end.

Redmond Court apartments was a disaster! The apartment was crawling with bugs all year round. The bug screens? Totally useless and broken. The apartment itself is ancient, with a broken roof that made life miserable. It was either too hot or too cold because of it. Seriously, consider any other place but this. It's a total nightmare.

Staff (at the time of this review) is great, very quick to respond. Community is mostly quiet and the area seems safe. Edit: I had to drop my score down. This community uses Conservice for utilities, which we previously didn't have issues with at a property where individual units are metered. However be aware - this property bills utilities by dividing the total billed to the property and multiplying by people in your unit. Children are counted the same as adults for this purpose. Between that and high sewer/water rates from Bellevue, our utility bill *tripled* compared to our previous apartment in Redmond, despite this place being much smaller. If you're moving from another city, be prepared for a shock when you get your first full Conservice bill. To their credit, Redmond Court does try to estimate the bill before you sign a lease so you're prepared, but the "multiplier" method used and the fact that children/adults are counted the same means if you have kids, you will be subsidizing excessive waste by your neighbors.

I wasn't told to write a review by management or anything like that. Our family just came here from Florida and this is by far the best apartment complex we have ever lived in. It really showed us the differences in quality. The apartment management in Florida did the bare minimum. The biggest Plus here at Redmond Court, is how management handles tenants. The application process was very smooth and they communicated very well. Elise is spectacular and has a wonderful attitude and a beautiful spirit. Our apartment was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures on the website. I am very happy with Redmond Court. 🤍

Love living here for the past 1.5 years next to the chaotic Main Street of Microsoft 🥴 safe and quiet. The front desk Elise is always super kind and answers all the questions. The maintenance team is exceptional, fixing things on time and knowledgeable. Also you can see when they enter your home according to your smart lock app if you’re curious about when they enter.

Moving into a unit here in a few weeks. As almost all the other comments mention, Elise is AMAZING! We’re moving here from another state and needed to make sure we had an apartment ready when we land in Seattle. We were really worried about the logistics, but since day 1 Elise has gone out of her way to answer any question I have (and I had A LOT), she set up a video tour the very next day after finding this complex, and helped us get a unit ready for the day we land! The apartment looks super cute, but having a responsive, helpful leasing office definitely set it apart from other places for us. Definitely recommend so far. We are incredibly excited to move in!!
